We're Old Route 66 Family Restaurant, and we've been a premier family American restaurant here in Dwight, Illinois, since 2001. We specialize in comfort food and classic American cuisine, as well as catering services for any event you have planned. Our delicious menu has something everyone will love. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, we serve up some of the finest home-cooked meals this side of Chicago. Had a wonderful evening meal as we were staying locally. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and our server was very friendly too. We had a shrimp stir fry and the home made broiled chicken quarter which was very good. We also really liked the interior decor with the wonderful Route 66 wall mural. With our mains came a free dessert so we shared a piece of rich and yummy chocolate fudge cake. All in all a fabulous experience, one of the best themed restaurants on our Route 66 trip. Highly recommended. Thanks from the English couple ☺️
